How is it performed?
How dental implant surgery is performed depends on the type of implant and the condition of your jawbone. Dental implant surgery may involve several procedures. The major benefit of implants is solid support for your new teeth — a process that requires the bone to heal tightly around the implant. Because this bone healing requires time, the process can take many months.
Dental implants are surgically placed in your jawbone, where they serve as the roots of missing teeth. Because the titanium in the implants fuses with your jawbone, the implants won’t slip, make noise or cause bone damage the way fixed bridgework or dentures might. And the materials can’t decay like your own teeth that support regular bridgework can.

This is one straightforward surgically placed dental implant, supporting a ceramic crown. We also can make multi-unit bridges supported by implants–we can provide custom quotes for this.
Ceramic crown/veneers
From £499, normal price £670
Normal crowns and veneers on natural teeth (NOT implant-retained).
Full Arch ''Teeth in one day''
from £14,900 per jaw
This is where we carry out surgery to place 4-6 implants, followed by the placement of a fixed (screwed -in) bridge on the same day. We can explain it all in more detail when you contact us.
Bone augmentation/bone grafting
From £199, normal price £499 for a simple augmentation
These procedures vary significantly and will be quoted individually depending on the case.
CBCT scan

Teeth whitening

If included with other dental implant treatment, as part of the overall plan. Independent of implant treatment this fee is £349 for both jaws.

Are Dental Implants The Right Choice For Me?
In general, dental implants may be right for you if you:
- Have one or more missing teeth
- Have a jawbone that's reached full growth
- Have adequate bone to secure the implants or are able to have a bone graft
- Have healthy oral tissues
- Don't have health conditions that will affect bone healing
- Are unable or unwilling to wear dentures
- Are willing to commit several months to the process
- Don't smoke tobacco—smoking significantly increases the risk of failure of dental implants

If you are lacking the bone needed to support implants, that does not always mean you cannot have dental implants. Sometimes, we can perform procedures to build up your bone so it can support an implant. This means the entire process may take longer and may cost more but it is sometimes an option.
Ideally, when we carry out dental implant surgery, we need to take a 3-dimensional scan called a CBCT scan. This provides us with significantly more information than a simple x-ray.
Not everybody is suitable for dental implants and a thorough examination is necessary to see if you may be suitable.
